The Black Heritage Fest (BHF) presenting by Southeast Management District is an extensive cultural experience that promotes diversity and cultural sensitivity filled with community social responsibility, a two day-long festival honoring local giants, featuring local artists, guest speakers, exhibits, poets, crafts people and culminating with legends of the music industry which draws thousands each year! In partnership with numerous community organizations and corporate partners including title Sponsor Southeast Management District also supported by Forward Times, City of Houston, Houston Arts Alliance, HEB, Urban League Guild, The Principle Partnering Group LLC, Tilman Fertitta School Of Medicine University of Houston, and Kroger.
Join us on October 8-9, 2022 from 4-10p.m. daily at Emancipation Park as we celebrate Black culture. Houstonians and visitors alike will have the opportunity to experience business, networking, and cultural programming throughout the weekend that highlights and celebrate Houston’s vibrant African-American community.
Black Heritage Fest reserves the right to capture and broadcast digital media content in the form of professional photographs, live-streaming, audio, and video during Black Heritage Fest. By attending Black Heritage Fest, you hereby grant permission to Black Heritage Fest and its representatives to photograph and/or record you during the in person BHF and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or payment.
