David Lasley – American recording artist, singer, musician and songwriter.

C.L. Blast – American soul singer. Lewis was born in Birmingham, Alabama in 1934. His first record was “Your Heart Must Be Made of Stone” recorded in New York in 1955. In 1957, he was drafted into the Army.

Isaac Hayes – American singer, actor, songwriter, and composer. He was one of the creative forces behind the Southern soul music label Stax Records, where he served both as an in-house songwriter and as a session musician and record producer, teaming with his partner David Porter during the mid-1960s.
