Sam Moore – American vocalist who was a member of the soul and R&B group Sam & Dave from 1961 to 1981. He is a member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the Grammy Hall of Fame, and the Vocal Group Hall of Fame.
Melvin Franklin – American bass singer. Franklin was best known for his role as a founding member of Motown singing group The Temptations from 1960 to 1994.
