Shirley Caesar – American gospel singer whose career has spanned seven decades. She has won 11 Grammys in addition to Dove Awards and Stellar Awards; Caesar is known as the “First Lady of Gospel Music” and “The Queen of Gospel Music”.
Dorothy Moore – American blues, gospel, and R&B singer best known for her 1976 hit song, “Misty Blue”.

Ray Brown – American jazz double bassist, known for his extensive work with Oscar Peterson and Ella Fitzgerald. He was also a founding member of the group that would later develop into the Modern Jazz Quartet.
