Chuck Mangione – American flugelhorn player, voice actor, trumpeter and composer. He came to prominence as a member of Art Blakey’s band in the 1960s, and later co-led the Jazz Brothers with his brother, Gap. He achieved international success in 1977 with his jazz-pop single “Feels So Good”.
Ronny Jordan – British guitarist and part of the acid jazz movement at the end of the twentieth century. Jordan described his music as “urban jazz”, a blend of jazz, hip-hop, and R&B.
Felix Cavaliere – American singer, songwriter, record producer, and musician. Although he was a member of Joey Dee and the Starliters, best known for their hit “Peppermint Twist”, he is best known for his association with the Young Rascals during the 1960s.
